I remember thinking that FedEx did this at some point. Other than that I don't know of any pilot group agreeing to it.
Did FedEx do this? If so how did it shake out?

There is a provision in our contract to lower the BLG (that’s what we call guarantee). They did use it, but I wasn’t here when it was used last time so I’ll let someone else answer that.
I believe It has also changed wording wise from the last time it was used, so it may not shake out exactly how it did.
