Pilots without enough seniority to hold a position through the displacement process will be assigned to a “UNA” category status at their base. The “UNA” designation means a pilot in excess of the PWA staffing requirements. Their line guarantee will be the lowest paying position listed in Section 22 B. for aircraft in revenue service, which is the 717 First Officer, these pilots will not have a status (Captain or F/O).
