I’m glad we got the 1.5 when we did, if we rejected that we would be Negotiating for higher rates now and we all know how that would turn out for us. Now, I do wish bonuses ended and were rolled in but we are really in a place to negotiate now. The companies strategy of stall to the next downturn almost worked in their favor
