For the record, it wasn't me this time slamming this company..... who suddenly went from "7th largest charter company in the world" to "small NC, hometown ma/pa company".

Don't forget to mention the random calls to pilots letting several go. Out of the blue with no warning and no disciplinary action. I guess that's what you get from an "at will" employer. That was a foul.....

Pilot "A" team and "B" team.........yeah, maybe, maybe not. I would have to actually agree with you and say that it is more the company forcing pilots into making bad calls and that sales board in dispatch counting up the dollars coming in....don't forget the President of the company calling a pilot who called fatigue and attempted to bargin with him to get him to do "just this flight and we will clear your schedule for the rest of the day".
