Is there specific logic that crew scheduling uses when they determine who to call next on the reserve list? Or is there any contractual process they have to go through to determine who to call? Considering how many people are on short call, I think they need to be very clear about why they are calling who they are. Anyone have thoughts on this? Thanks!
