Has anyone heard anything about July/August plans since the company posted the vacancies with downgrades, and the union sent a response email to us being like "here are all the questions we have..." Downgrade means just that.. CA down to FO, including pay. Care money only protects pay until Oct 1st. Companies can downgrade and offer voluntery leave. Come Oct 1st anything is a go!
