well, thats the problem Colgan management used that type of BS with Colgan guys, "Look at what happens when a company pays you accordingly and has a good contract, you'll end up like XJT, the pilots make the company too expensive blah blah blah. Why should the pilots have to sacrifice pay & QOL for a company to survive??????????? Look at how well that turned out for United and US Airways guys, pensions stolen, merged airlines, CAL's recessionary contract, the list goes on and on, when will Management take a concession and stop awarding themselves millions........................

Larry Kellner gets a $7,000,000.00 bonus, meanwhile there are very higly trained pilots flying around hundreds of people in a CAL 767, for $30/h and no health insurance THESE GUYS HAVE FAMILES. Think about what your saying!!!!!!!!

It might come down to it, but I would rather be on the street looking for a better place then taking huge concessions in PAY & QOL for my comapny to "Secure a future"
