It is the question I implied. If there is more than 2 JS-ers (or more than 1 on the AT 737s) the cap will prevent you from getting a cabin seat, on ALPA carriers it will not. Maybe you could do more than being disappointed or not condoning.
according to alpha the cap is firm, they can’t influence companies policies , what’s your source that they will ignore safety policies?
