ACMI is not for everyone, but definitely hiring and may offer another route to your eventual destination while this slowdown works itself out. While the Big 3 will undoubtedly reshape itself into another form it’s not a bad place to holdout while chairs are being scrambled about. Several Trans States and Compass folks have a class date or in class from what I’ve heard. Just endorsing a way to stay current in the industry for now. Can’t tell you how cargo will pan out later this year, but everything seems to be a gamble. Once again, ACMI isn’t for everyone but some love it, some hate it but it pays the bills and sometimes quite a bit more.
