UPS and FedEx really like heavy freight pilots since they already understand what flying freight is like, and they already have tons of international experience.
To each their own, but I’m with Turbosina on this one. 16-17 day trips? I wouldn’t do that for FedEx, UPS, or UAL let alone for Atlas pay (no offense to Atlas pilots). For single guys I’m sure it’d be a great experience. Young or old. But for someone with a family, especially little ones, making ends meet bagging groceries can be more rewarding.
