You really think guys and gals are going to sit around for 3 years without a new contract and scheduling improvements, I’m just not that naive.
I am looking forward to the anger and shock email from the union, maybe even a podcast... How they were blindsided, how they warned the company they are cutting to deep, how it’s the wrong move on so many levels, how they know better than the company.
