Wrong, wrong, wrong, if you are in the bottom 25% to 15% you are fine... you will not be furloughed. You may move equipment or bases but you will have a job. Bottom 15-12.5 %, probably be ok, but be smart, be ready, do what you can. Bottom 12.5%, seek shelter, pound on doors, actively search for any descent job, sure up your finances. Company is not getting to cash burn 0, with an extra 1000 pilots this fall and they are not holding an extra 400 they don’t need over the summer. Winter is coming 400+- 50... 385, the union has lost its mind, the company is in charge of the purse, not the union.
People want to know these numbers, They deserve to know them, people want transparency. Hiding them, living in the land of make believe does nothing for anyone. In fact, it is recklessness, incompetence, and morally wrong!
