I’m junior enough that I’m fairly certain I will be furloughed as well, so I understand your anxiety.
The company needs to give at least 30 days notification before you’re furloughed, it’ll be a certified letter in the mail. I wouldn’t be surprised if those of us furloughed will get at least 60 days heads up, I was furloughed 10 years ago and pretty sure that letter was just over 60 days prior to the furlough effective date.

If you have a lucrative opportunity for employment I would reach out to your chief pilot, you could probably work out some sort of leave to take the job. If not, it makes more sense to keep collecting min guarantee for as long as possible. A lot of us (myself included) don’t have another skill to fall back on so any job opportunity is likely to be a pretty big hit financially.
