simple we cancel something like cvg-lex on a crj an then reinstate it on a cr7 happens a lot. Unfortunatly its usually downsized to a crj. sent cvg-mia out on a crj a few weeks ago yea that sucks, downsized.

worst one ive seen is cvg-den, but it counts as a completion.
