I wouldn’t say management is totally in the right, they need to own some of this...but the six year old tantrums have been embarrassing to watch, now we have this great caustic relationship with management... well done 183/63 and now we got our hand out for a favor.🙄
I‘m sure management could’ve saved themselves a good chunk of change (not to mention a lot of hot air and hostility) by skipping initiatives like Flight Path, ignored engagement surveys and a couple cancelled bids (which are evidently still processed manually???).
All water under the bridge at this point I guess.
