A buddy just texted something that he got off some Delta facebook pilot site, it said that if we took the ALV reduction that the MOAD would be reduced to only the 777/88 displacements. If that were the case I would believe the company intentionally made this bid so bad as to make us willing to take concessions. Also I don't like the idea of financing our own ERP through reduced ALV''s. I'm open to looking but my fear would be that we accept it and they don't get near the takers that we think they will and then we are stuck with the ALV reduction and not so much reduction in headcount.
They would still have to reposition the A350 and still close CVG...
I have heard there is little support for the reduced ALV outside C44.
