I was just wondering if you are allowed to moonlight part 135 while waiting for sim and IOE. Seems like there can be quite a wait and since you're not flying anyway, duty and flight times should not conflict.

without digging into the FOM, I think it says something to the regard of to do other commercial flying you need to have approval from the chief pilot.
So maybe, with approval?
