I dont think it is the tail end of the hiring spree but rather a slow down. This summer will probably be like last summer. They will hire like crazy because new aircraft are arriving and well they need people to fly them. Know this doesnt mean that mesaba may be hiring like they have in the past but it certainly does not mean the end. The age 65 rule will halt some of the attrition rate at airline because there senior guys are still being able to fly but in a year or two these guys will start falling off as well and we will go back into a hiring spree.
