I agree with you 100%, it is a unique and F#%cked up aspect of this profession that we are treated like garbage in regards to first year pay. Can you imagine a lawyer whos moved up the ladder and gets a covetted partnership just to be told he's going to make $26,000 a year until He proves himself!
