It started this month.
The holdback of the pilots awarded flow positions is in accordance with the terms of the Flow Through Agreement, and the pilots who are held back (for a maximum of three (3) months) will receive both seniority and longevity credit as if they attended their originally designated class.
So the pilots who "flowed" in jan wont actually start class until March.
