The area isn't bad, it's just lacking for things to do. Bring a car, or befriend one who was smarter than you and brought theirs

In hindsight, I should have enjoyed SLC a bit more than I did...But I wasn't built for the heat, and it can get brutally hot even in the early summer. Again, there is plenty to do, just have some wheels.
