im in the bro newhire class now... they put us up at the crystal inn downtown, free breakfast, and a ride to class.. but they wont take us anywhere else, not even to the grocery store. ALOT of bums around here.. there must e a shelter around here, cause they are everywhere.

Ok.....here you go! Apply now!......update your times when you get 100 ME. If you have a chance....go to an open house and meet the recruiters and show them you really want to be at SkyWest. They love that! It will not hurt to start the process now since your Sooooooo close to the mins. Prepare for the interview now if you haven't already started. The worst thing they can say is call us when you have 100 hours. If it were me, I would apply as soon as I could. Any friends at SkyWest now? Send them your resume and ask them to send it in for you. Thanks guys, I hope to meet you both at Skywest someday soon. I'll go ahead and post the application and keep trying to get those 10 last ME hours. I do have a couple of friends there already too who have offered to make a call to HR once my app is posted.

Just to let everyone know, I tried to complete the SkyWest online application and it will not allow you to complete the application if you have less than the required minimums in a category. In my case, I'm a few hours short of the required 100 hours of multi time and the system would not let me proceed.
So if people are getting hired at SkyWest with less than the minimums, they are not getting interviews from posting an online application. Maybe if you already have an established relationship with a recruiter you can get in. I'm going to have to get those last few hours of multi time.
