Just to let everyone know, I tried to complete the SkyWest online application and it will not allow you to complete the application if you have less than the required minimums in a category. In my case, I'm a few hours short of the required 100 hours of multi time and the system would not let me proceed.

So if people are getting hired at SkyWest with less than the minimums, they are not getting interviews from posting an online application. Maybe if you already have an established relationship with a recruiter you can get in. I'm going to have to get those last few hours of multi time.
