You lose all credibility when you make generalized shots in the dark (with such certainty). Why didn’t you go with 120 hours, or even 150?
Your premise is that lowering the CREDIT cap somehow equates to preserving jobs. It may or may not, I think the SSC would be better suited to speak to that. Are you a current or past member of the SSC? Maybe you should start there and bring some proof, not hyperbole, but proof. Better yet, why don’t you let the union speak for you.
