Dude, did you even watch the video? The FAA ASI even told the Premier pilot that it was stupid and they weren’t following up any further.
I’ve done rides with 135 FAA POIs, and countless 121 checkrides. No, I do not think anyone is going to bust you on a checkride for saying you are clear of the runway as you are literally exiting the runway. At worst, it would be a debrief item.
