Pay your dues ... and don't cross a picket line. In between, FEEL FREE TO DO ABSOLUTELY NOTHING to assist your own pilot group. Look out for numero uno, until numero uno's arse is in a sling, then rely on the union to bail you out or improve your contract. Great approach!
