To clarify my question: Do you think I should apply with 90ME prior to reaching mins, or wait until I have the 100ME to post my application? It could easily take me two to three more weeks to get those 10 hours (rain and low freezing levels dominate the 10 day outlook
)and I'd like to make a March class if possible.
