I will add one thing to my most recent post. Most 135 operators would prefer not to hire 121 regional guys. As soon as the hiring market returns, they will jump ship, sometimes breaking contracts with short notice, leaving the 135 operator in a tough spot, so as others have said, you have a shot.
On the first page of the application:
"Do you have 135/121 experience?"
That tells you right there that Boutique is looking for pilots with 121 experience.

Insurance companies also have a major influence on how hiring works, the more experienced a pilot group is the lower the premiums are. In harder times that can add to the bottom line.
