In a nutshell -CEO slashed minimum guarantee to $35K/year.
He did so understanding the stipulations of the CARES act.
Wisely and beneficially for him, he did this prior to applying for and accepting CARES act money, thus only being required to pay pilots the lesser rate despite receiving over 8 million dollars in federal aid.
Im not sure if this is still the case, someone still with the company may have more information.
