You want to reduce payroll? How about you pay $200,000 a year instead of $400,000 a year to WB CAs. Either way they are sitting at home not flying. If WB flyin is not supposed to come back and our entire 777 fleet is parked then buy those guys out.
they want to leave so let them go. Saving $200000 a year is more than the junior pilots make.

SCREW YOU. We have a contract. Honor it. Every effin day. Seniority has it's privileges, as it always has and has it always should. And I am NOT senior! The company could offer a more attractive early out, but they chose not to. And when you are a WB Captain and sitting on your rear due to no fault of your own, I will fight for your paycheck as well.
Can't believe this hasn't been ridiculed by now.
