In the US, today, we got Herman Cain dying today while his Twitter was blasting off nonsense and Turning Point deleting face-masking memes when their cofounder passed today.
Yet all I hear/read is “Well it’s only (insert US total death here) of people who died and it’s not higher, as predicted by (insert some crazy article claiming millions were supposed to die).”
Just a few months ago it was the “it’s only 10000 and not 100000” crowd and now it’s the “150000 and not 3M” talk. Also, “they’re all old anyways too so let the tough people get on with it.”

Yep, you're correct if it weren't for the U.S. having crappy leaders and stupid citizens that care more about freedom than mindless obedience to authority the whole thing would be over.
