Get used to it, and be completely flexible . I was paired with my sim partner and handed a schedule about two hours before time to go home on the very last day of ground. Then I had four schedule changes while I was in Montreal for sim training. First we had a Check Airman, then we didn't, then we did, then we didn't have an instructor for LOFT, then we did, then we didn't, then we did, and all of those schedule changes affected what day we came back home (and therefore positive space flights)... you get the picture. Just do yourself a favor and have the training scheduler's number on speed dial so you don't have to keep looking it up every two hours .

It's worth it though. I really like Mesaba so far.
