Actually, it can. It depends how your successorship language is worded. Some define it as transfer of significant assets. Certificate very much is that. And the seller cant sell it if they are bound by that contract.
Compass was a staffing company, they didnt own their planes. Their company pretty much was the certificate.
TSH screwed CPZ pilots over, bad. I'm glad to see ALPA didnt let them get away with it.
