The 717s are going to be here awhile (5 years at least)...and the 220 makes the least sense to backfill the 88/90s.
Before the virus, the 220s were doing yeoman’s work opening up routes. More than one of their early routes were already getting moved over to 320s. I’d expect the 220s to continue to open and operate longer routes as an entry point to 320 or 737 service. The 717 will remain the super-regional of our fleet.
