Until that pilot gets to vote on the contract he/she is leaving and you have to fly under. Same goes for flying with them. What do they have to loose when they have one foot out the door? Also, I’m not that worried that they have nothing “to loose”. Do they not care about their license? Are they going to get us violated constantly because they don’t care? Crash airplanes on purpose?
