Omni is a fantastic company with great long-term outlook.
It’s still kind of hard to calculate your potential class date if there is no seniority as to how individuals are picked for classes as well as not really knowing the exact number of pilots in the pool even if the typical number of trainees per class is 8-10. From what you’re saying, it seems that trainees are randomly drawn from the pool. When I interviewed the ACP said they were only going to hire 30-40. I was told by a friend at Omni that classes are being ran every month, and so far that’s been accurate except for the month of September. Of course that is subject to change but a lot of different info from different people is what I’m noticing. As far as Oct and Nov., who knows. but But of course, I hope they continue to run classes consistently.
