indications are there is no airline relief included in the proposal moving through the Senate. And if there was, there would likely be restrictions like there was in the Cares Grant loan money, if I remember correctly. My guess is GK has some private funding lined up to be used without restrictions once the other airlines are left out to dry by Congress.
