With no recruiting / hiring department - it might be a long time before hiring resumes. I had my interview cancelled in March, coming from CPZ. Basically would be surprised if I hiring happens at all before 2022. So I don't think being XJT will hurt anything, it was just business between SKW / XJT.
I just ran the numbers through my domino app and it says hiring will resume for your grand kids provided any Regional still exists. Granted, I’m using the free version of the app, but it’s probably pretty close.
