Don't get me wrong. I don't blame her at all. She obviously did not get sufficient training to work on these airplanes. She admitted that she had no idea what she was doing. That takes lots of courage. Especially for a young girl of about 23 years. What I'm saying here is how can we, as a part 121 airline, allow ourselves to throw someone out into the operation without sufficient training. No, I'm going to go start bashing "management," that does us no good. It just disappoints me that things have gotten to this level.
