Yes. But they are going to award 655 pilots this time, and in seniority order. Those 655 people leaving is a couple years seniority for a lot of us, and will certainly mitigate furloughs after this LOA ends not to mention allowing a lot of us to bid up in category quicker when it turns around.
Too bad it wasn't even more. I want out but at 23 years I'm middle tier and don't think I'll get one of these. DAL had similar criteria and ended up with 1800 or so IIRC. Our total will only be 1100. The 2 years of pay might dissuade a few. That's if this even passes.
