I don't jumpseat too often, so I don't speak with mainline pilots frequently, but I've even had a mainline pilot recommend to me that I stay at OO rather than move to a legacy, expressing a wish that he had not chosen to move on, which surprised me simply given the pay disparity. I'm sure that pay alone puts pilots like him in a small minority, but I've had many more pilots tell me that SkyWest has a reputation as a good place to be than pilots making negative statements like the quote above.

One can be proud of their organization without insisting everyone should wish to be part of it. Doing so makes them wish to be part of it even less. You, Sir, are the joke.
