In the November in-doc class (combined Saab and Q), all the folks over 30 who were asked if they wanted the Q refused it. The "Q-tips" (as we affectionately called them) were between 20 and 24.

As I sat in class with them, I realized how naive (of the industry) they were and how several of them had SNTPS (Shiny New Turbo Prop Syndrome).
