I indeed have...because its not. But I was more referring to night express flying than the company as an employer.
As one steps back and looks at the current apocalyptic airline landscape, however, they need to consider what they see...and UPS continuing to take delivery of growth airframes and hire throughout 2020 is somewhat unique in the "brass ring job" market and absolutely worthy of weight as any prospective employee does their due diligence.
UPS ain't a place for back pats and attaboys and being respected by passengers walking around a terminal, but rather show up/move boxes/collect banana/forget about brown polyester. If one can wrap themselves around that, they stand a good chance at a happy successful career outside of situation-specific individual arsepains and larger issues the EB has a really good recent history of resolving on behalf of the group.
