Neeleman has a history of beating those odds (westJet, JetBlue, Azul) and even if it does fail, not like airline pilot jobs are plentiful at the moment. While I would not leave a legacy or an LLC for this, leaving a regional right now for Breeze seems like a risk worth taking.
