You literally just used the phrase ‘if another pilot request that you wear one’. If a Captain said that, it’s essentially forcing their own mask policy. If you decline, then you’ve got a huge breakdown in CRM straight away. Either pilot really. It’s not a company policy to wear them on the flight deck. Geezus. Leave it at that. Common courtesy to comply? FOH. Ima go dig my bunker another 4 feet after listening to this nonsense.
