CAL does not include t-prop's in their scope for a reason. THese planes are flying short routes that will never replace a 73. Ever. CAL pilots have more to worry about from 145xr's or guppy killers like the 170's. Q400 is still regional flying. FLying an rj from EWR to JAX is not.
Wrong lots of those routes used to be 737 routes. Also the rumors are that they will be brought down to IAH also and replace both XJT and CAL routes. IAH-SAT is one of the rumored routes and guess what, XJT doesnt do that route its all CAL 737 and 757. Bottom line is all this flying should be done by CAL pilots if the plane is painted in CAL paint.
