HELL NO! They're (You) an amazing pilot group who has had ALPA for a long time and long enough to have negotiated a great contract.
I've got to ask though, when ALPA passes at Colgan and they begin to see improvements in work rules, compensation and continue to win flying...will the XJT guys still be ****ed? I hope not.
i never said XJT deserves to lose anything. I was stating that a bunch of the routes the Q will be doing arent just XJT routes. These Q's will be replacing more Mainline flying as well. IF colgan gets better payrates and Unions up than the XJT pilots have nothing to complain about because the flying would then be going to a company who makes more money and is part of the raising the bar. Now mind you it will never be cool to lose flying but it would sting a little less if it wasnt to a company with sub par pay and working conditions. JMHO
