Might seem like a stupid question, but I just want to make sure I am getting up to date info. I have a friend in Germany that has a Visa to come to the US, but we are unsure if they are even allowed to at this point. They have a ticket but when they went to add some luggage to it, the system said not allowed to travel. Is that accurate or is there something amiss?
