denying a scab the Jumpseat is settled precedent. Oh sure, some cry baby scabs ran to the Chief pilot and HR shortly after the merger because they never had to deal with it at CAL, but make no mistake: denying a scab the Jumpseat at United will NEVER lead to discipline. Every time a scab tried, they failed. It’s the Captain’s Jumpseat, period.
