My guess, and it’s just a guess, is that G7/TSH is having real big money issues. They had to return some airplanes and cancel the rest of the deliveries, and TSH shut down two airlines. They can sell the planes that they have on property for cash and lease them and try to keep the company afloat a little while longer. Meanwhile Inc. is taking on the risk because if G7 goes belly up, then Inc is in a position to takeover that flying or lease those planes to another 3rd party.
I see, and i agree that makes some sense OO buys them from G7, they get the cashflow they need to survive and they rent them from OO to operate...
